Requirements

  1. All Administrative Package tasks are performed during standard business hours of 9AM to 9PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Only Tier 2 level tasks involving server outages or pre-scheduled server maintenance will be performed after hours.
  2. All service incidents are considered to be a minimum of 30 minutes. Time beyond the first 30 minutes is recorded in 30 minute increments.
  3. Additional support above and beyond the monthly service level will be billed at the standard Time & Materials hourly rate.
