Tim holds a successful track record in owning and operating efficient Internet service companies that give customers the latest solutions backed by an uncommonly high quality of care. In 1994, without any outside funding or investment, Tim founded and grew CONNECTnet into one of San Diego's largest and most respected ISPs. Catching the eye of Dallas-based Allegiance Telecom in 2000, CONNECTnet became the first of several acquisitions by Allegiance in building its Hosting.com brand. An accomplished pilot, Tim flies KFMB TV's helicopter during live news broadcasts.

Jim's technical experience in designing datacenter facilities, software, security, and ISP systems gives I2B Networks a rare operational advantage. Jim joined CTS Network Services (CTSnet) in 1994 as a senior administrator and helped it to become San Diego's largest independent ISP through the development of automation, authentication, and customer registration systems. He had a lead role in designing of its state of the art datacenter which was acquired by Allegiance Telecom in 2000.

Dan's system administration and support expertise provides I2B with a high level of control over internal systems. After developing software for the US Navy's Submarine force, Dan joined CTSnet in 1994 as a senior administrator. He developed billing integration tools and data collection systems. After CTSnet's acquisition, Dan lead the integration of CTSnet's usage collection systems into Hosting.com's national billing infrastructure.
